If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours before the start time of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment. I understand unexpected events may occasionally cause a cancellation of your hair appointment; however, I ask that you please provide at least 24 hours notice if you can not make your appointment. When emergencies arise and you can not provide 24 hour notice, please notify me when you can to address moving forward. With all last minute cancellations and no call/no show appointments I reserve the right to charge you 50% charge of the full scheduled service. Cancellations that become habitual will require a non-refundable deposit of 50% or more to re-book.
